Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter your location. As we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders that are in stock will ship within 5-7 business days once order is approved.

This does not include pre-orders. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard (5-7 business days): $10

Priority (3-4 business days): $15

Rush (1-2 business days): Prices Vary Depending On Order Date & Postal Service 

**Free Shipping (5-7 business days) is only available for orders $150 and up.

Please Note During Holiday Season: This Is A High Order Volume Time Of The Year 7-10 Business Days Is The Estimated Shipping Time. We Offer Express Shipping For An Additional Fee

Please note with the exception of Rush delivery the USPS does not guarantee transit times.  On occasion it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. Simply Sidity Boutiq will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do offer international shipping outside of the U.S. All orders are also processed within 48 business hours of the order date. If Item is in stock and is not a pre-order it ships within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Shipping charges will vary depending on the designated location of your order.

Exchange POLICY

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. Since we are unable to do exchanges, please note that we do not hold items for returns or for store credit usage. No Refunds

 Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to simplysidityboutiq@yahoo.com of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.
